2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly when registering and using the platform: full name, email address, phone number, company details (name, tax ID, address), geolocation data (only when using the time-tracking feature), and platform usage data (navigation, actions performed).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the following purposes: managing your user account and providing the contracted service, communicating incidents, updates and service news, complying with legal and contractual obligations, and continuous improvement of the platform through aggregated and anonymized usage analysis.
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on: performance of the service contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), consent for commercial communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), and legitimate interest for service improvement (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the legally required periods. Geolocation data from time-tracking is retained for the legally required minimum period (4 years under Organisation of Working Time Act 1997).
6. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with: technology service providers necessary for service delivery (Supabase as cloud infrastructure provider, Vercel as hosting provider), and public administrations when required by law. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, request restriction of processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact admin@constrack.pro. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (DPC).
